Hot, Hot, Hot 33 degrees and lots of sunshine. Driving around now with the AC on. Called in to have a look at the Rock Art and landscape at Nourlangie Rock which was very interesting as well as picturesque. Bought rolls at Jabiru and parked down by the lake for our lunch. Very pleasant and a nice breeze to keep us cool. Also stopped for their lunch, was a group that had just arrived back from Arnhem Land with a few mud crabs. They were eating them for lunch and when I commented on the fact that we only had salad rolls they gave us a cooked crab. Said I gave them the “guilts”. Saving it for tea when we hit Darwin…… On our way to Ubirr (oo-birr) Rock now to have a look. Joy & Wayne have decided to continue onto Aurora Kakadu Resort and book in and have a swim, I think they maybe “rocked out”…. Tomorrow heading for Darwin.
